1 - Bushing
q   for selector rods
q   removing → Fig.
q   inserting → Fig.
2 - Shaft for reverse gear shift fork
q   Shaft cannot be removed with workshop tools
q   when using a new clutch housing a new axle must be pressed in → Fig.
q   Modification as of 06.09: on gearboxes where the reverse gear shift fork is positioned on the 5th/6th gear shift rod, the shaft is not fitted
3 - Needle bushing
q   for reverse shaft
q   replace after each disassembly → electronic catalogue of original parts
q   removing → Fig.
q   installing → Fig.
4 - Fitting sleeve
q   2 pieces
5 - Clutch housing
q   when replacing: Set the output shafts and the differential gear → Chapter
q   Modification as of 06.09: on gearboxes where the reverse gear shift fork is positioned on the 5th/6th gear shift rod, the shaft for reverse gear shift fork is not fitted
q   assign according to the → Electronic catalogue of original parts.
6 - Gasket ring for drive shaft
q   removing → Fig.
q   inserting → Fig.
7 - Sealing ring
q   between manual gearbox and angle gearbox
q   replace with installed gearbox → Chapter
q   pull out using ejection lever -MP3-418- or extraction hook -T20143-
q   on disassembled gearbox it can be driven in with pressure plate -T40007- up to the stop
8 - Washer
q   for differential gear
q   Fitting position: the shoulder on the inside diameter points towards the gasket ring Pos. 7
9 - Outer ring/tapered-roller bearing
q   for the differential gear
q   removing and installing → Chapter
q   when replacing: Set the differential gear → Chapter
10 - Oil deflecting washer
q   Fitting position: The shoulder on the hole points to the output shaft
11 - Outer ring/tapered-roller bearing
q   for output shaft gears 1 through 4
q   removing and installing → Chapter
q   when replacing: Set output shaft gears 1 through 4 → Chapter
12 - Outer ring/tapered-roller bearing
q   for output shaft 5th/6th and reverse gear
q   removing and installing → Chapter
q   when replacing: Set output shaft 5th/6th and reverse gear → Chapter
13 - Washer
q   for output shaft 5th/6th and reverse gear
q   always 0.65 mm thick
14 - Cylindrical-roller bearing
q   for drive shaft
q   removing and installing → Chapter
15 - Magnet
q   is held in position by the separator surface of the housing
16 - Cap
q   not fitted to all clutch housings
