be needed to secure the thin steel washer found between the motor plate and the armature during this procedure. CAUTION: DO NOT ALLOW
GREASE TO COME IN CONTACT WITH THE COMMUTATOR SURFACE!

11.

Rotate the motor pump assembly to its original location and reinstall the power and ground leads. Secure pump assy. with bolts removed in Step 5.
(Refer to Service Manual for proper torque specifications.)

12.

Check oil reservoir for proper fluid level and add as necessary. ONLY USE MPS SPECIAL POWER STEERING FLUID (P/N K0209A0080).

13.

Reinstall negative battery terminal and start vehicle, check steering for proper operation.
