(1) Connect the 2 connectors and lower the 2 levers.

NOTICE:
-

The lever is securely engaged.

The connector does not come out when its body is pulled.

(d) Install the hybrid vehicle control ECU with the 3 nuts.

Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49in-lbf)

4. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Installation
5. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and

Repair/Installation

6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL LH See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Installation
7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL RH See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Installation
8. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
11. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization procedure See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

HINT:  Some vehicle systems require initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal.
