Torque: 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27in-lbf)

(b) Install the ECU cover with the 3 screws.

Torque: 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27in-lbf)

(c) Connect the 2 connectors.

NOTICE:  When connecting the connectors, make sure that dirt, water and other foreign matter do not become stuck between the connectors
and other parts.

(1) Connect the 2 connectors and lower the 2 levers.

NOTICE:
-

The lever is securely engaged.

-

The connector does not come out when its body is pulled.

(d) Install the hybrid vehicle control ECU with the 3 nuts.

Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49in-lbf)

5. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and

Repair/Installation

6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL LH See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Installation
7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL RH See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Installation

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
11. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization procedure See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

HINT:  Some vehicle systems require initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal.
