Rear

REAR WHEEL DRIVE & 4 WHEEL DRIVE MODELS

1.

Raise rear of vehicle and support rear axle housing on stands.

Disconnect shock absorber from lower mounting, Figs. 8 then the control rod from axle housing.

3.

If equipped with rear stabilizer, remove bolts securing stabilizer bar to rear housing.

4.

Lower jack until spring tension is relieved, then remove coil spring with insulator.

5.

Reverse procedure to install.
