1. CHECK VOLTAGE BETWEEN TERMINALS #10, #20 OF ECM CONNECTOR AND BODY GROUND.

-

Remove glove compartment.

-

Turn ignition switch ON.

-

Measure voltage between terminals #10, #20 of ECM connector and body ground.

Voltage:  9 - 14 volts
