5. Disconnect Discharge Hose
Remove the bolt and disconnect the hose.
Torque: 10 N.m (100 kgf.cm, 7 ft.lbf)
REMOVAL NOTE: Cap the open fittings immediately to keep moisture or dirt out of the system.
INSTALLATION HINT: Lubricate a new O-rings with compressor oil and install the tube.
6. Remove Radiator Upper Supports.
7. Remove Condenser.
a. Remove the 2 condenser mounting bolts.
b. Push the radiator toward engine.
c. Push the condenser toward radiator and pull it upward.
INSTALLATION HINT: If condenser was replaced, add compressor oil to compressor.
Add 40 - 50 cc (1.4 - 1.7 fl.oz.)
Compressor oil:
ND-OIL 8 or equivalent
CONDENSER INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
