Alignment: Service and Repair
WHEEL ALIGNMENT
1. Measure the vehicle height by checking the vehicles clearance.

A (Follow spring clearance): 36 mm (1.42 inch).

B (Bumper stopper clearance): 104 mm (4.09 inch).If the clearance of the vehicle is not standard, try to level the vehicle by rocking it down. If
still not correct, check for bad springs or suspension parts.
2. Install the camber-caster-kingpin gauge onto the wheel alignment tester and follow the specific instructions of the equipment manufacturer.
3. Inspect the camber, caster and the steering axis inclination. The camber, caster and steering axis inclination are not adjustable. If measurements are
not within the specification, inspect the suspension parts for damaged and/or worn out parts and replace them as necessary.
Camber
^
Standard: 1° ± 45'(1° ± 0.75°).
^
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
Caster
^
Standard: 3° ± 60' (3° ± 1°).
^
Left-Right Error: 45' (0.75°) or less.
Steering Axis Inclination: 13° ± 45' (13° ± 0.75°).
Measuring Point Reference
4. Inspect the toe-in. The toe-in total should measure as follows.

A+B: 0°12' ± 12' (-0.2° to + 0.2°).
^
C-D: -2mm to +2mm (-0.03 inch to +0.08 inch)
NOTE: If toe-in is not within the specification, adjust by the tie rod end.
