If necessary, adjust bellcrank as follows: 

Fig. 11 Bellcrank adjustment. Pickup & 4Runner, 4 wheel drive

a. Lightly pull bellcrank in direction "A", Fig. 11, until there is no slack in part "B".
b. Rotate adjusting bolt until dimension "C" is .039-.078 inch.
c. Lock adjusting bolt with locknut, then connect No. 2 parking brake cable to bellcrank.
d. Install tension spring.

Install brake drum, then bleed and refill brake system.

14.

Install wheel and tire assembly, then lower vehicle.
