Oil Pump: Service and Repair
Oil Pump Replace
REMOVAL
1.
Remove crankshaft bolt and pulley.
2.
Remove drive belts and crankshaft pulley.
3.
Remove oil pump assembly.
INSTALLATION NOTES
Reverse procedure to install. Apply sealer to bolt as shown.
Torque:
"a" bolt: 18 ft.lb. (25 Nm)
"b" bolts: 14 ft.lb. (19 Nm)
"c" bolts: 9 ft.lb. (13 Nm)
Crankshaft pulley bolt: 116 ft.lb. (157 Nm)
Relief Valve Plug: 27 ft.lb. (37 Nm)
