PREVIA SLIDING DOOR SCRAPING NOISE

Some Previa vehicles produced prior to February 1990 may exhibit a scraping noise as the sliding door center roller travels along the center rail. To
eliminate the scraping noise, TMC has modified the manufacturing process of the center rail, permitting more precise tracking of the center support
roller. The roller should no longer contact the center rail assembly.

February 20, 1990

To correct the scraping noise condition on vehicles built prior to the February 20, 1990 production date, replace the center rail with P/N 68303-28020
(DX) or 68303-95D00 (LE).
