From the flexible coupling side, install the new bolts and washers, then tighten the 3 new nuts from the propeller shaft side.

Torque: 33 Nm (340 kgf cm, 25 ft lbs)

NOTE:

Bolts, nuts and washers are not reusable.

^

Fix the bolt on the flexible coupling side, and tighten the nut on the propeller shaft tube side.

Use caution not to deform the flexible coupling.

C.

Use half of the grease provided in the kit on the tip of the centering pin of the coupling flange.

D.

Insert the centering pin of the coupling flange into the propeller shaft tube.
