NG --  REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN MAIN WIRE CONNECTED TO COMBINATION METER ECU (CANH, CANL)

29. CHECK FOR SHORT TO GND IN CAN BUS WIRE (POWER STEERING ECU)

(a) Disconnect the H38 power steering ECU connector.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

NG --  REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH WIRE CONNECTED TO POWER STEERING ECU (CANH, CANL)

OK --  REPLACE POWER STEERING ECU ASSEMBLY  See: Relays and Modules/Relays and Modules - Steering and
Suspension/Relays and Modules - Steering/Steering Control Module/Service and Repair/Removal

30. CHECK FOR SHORT TO GND IN CAN BUS WIRE (DISTANCE CONTROL ECU)

(a) Disconnect the A43 distance control ECU connector.
