If the seatback assembly has been dropped, or there are cracks, dents or other defects in the case or connector, replace the seatback
assembly with a new one.

When installing the seatback assembly, take care it is not pinched between other parts.

d. Install 3 new hog rings as shown in the illustration.

HINT:  When installing new hog rings, take care to prevent wrinkles as much as possible.

3. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

a. Install the seat cushion assembly with the 4 bolts. 

Torque: 19 N.m (195 kg.cm, 14 ft.lb)

b. Install the wire harness of the seat cushion assembly.

4. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH

a. Connect the connector.
b. Install the power seat switch with the 3 screws.
c. Install the seat cushion cover hook.

5. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION LOWER SHIELD

a. Install the seat cushion lower shield as shown in the illustration.
b. Install the screw.
c. Employ the same manner described above the other side.
