Previous versions of this TSB should be discarded.
Introduction
Some 2004 - 2006 model year Sienna vehicle customers may complain of a ticking type noise when driving at slow speeds. The ticking noise may sound
like it is coming from the A-pillar, instrument panel, or windshield areas, but the noise may actually be coming from the upper strut mounts to the body.
EPT (Ethylene-Propylene Terpolymer) sealer should be added to the top of the left and right front strut assemblies to reduce the ticking noise. Follow the
repair procedure in this TSB to install the EPT sealer.
