Verify the customer's complaint.

2.

If a "tick" noise can be heard from the front of the vehicle while driving at slow speeds, refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) to remove
the front strut assemblies to install the EPT sealer.

After the front strut assemblies are removed from the vehicle, install a piece of EPT sealer on top of the left and right strut mounts in the location
indicated in the illustration below:

EPT Sealer Dimensions:

Width: 5 - 8 mm (0.2 - 0.3 in.)
Length: 25 mm (1 in.)
Thickness: 3 mm (0.12 in.)
Quantity: 2

4.

Reassemble the left and right front strut assemblies and reinstall them into the vehicle.

5.

Adjust the front toe and camber alignment by referring to TIS:

Road test the vehicle to confirm that the "tick" noise is NO longer present at slow speeds and that the vehicle does NOT have any alignment
concerns.
