Auxiliary Air Valve (Idle Speed): Testing and Inspection
INSPECTION
Check the idle speed by fully screwing in the idle speed adjusting screw.
^
At low temperature; below 80°C (176°F), when the idle speed adjusting screw is in, the idle should drop.
^
At operating temperature, when the idle speed adjusting screw is in, the idle should drop below idle speed stop.
