Using a 13 mm wrench, nest and locate an 8 mm flange nut into position. Hold the nut in place with the wrench, while tightening up the 8 mm bolt,
as shown at right.

Torque: 18 ft.lbs

Repeat this process for the second bolt on the mounting bracket.

Torque: 18 ft.lbs

4.

Repeat the process for the rear bracket on the opposite side of the vehicle.
