Introduction

Tacoma vehicles that exhibit the front door glass outside the weatherstrip when in the closed position should be repaired using this bulletin. The front
door window frame has been modified to resolve this condition.

Repair Procedure

Replace Front Lower Frame.

1.

Disassembly:

Remove Front Lower Frame. Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) 2004 model year Tacoma Repair Manual: Body (Mechanical),
Front Door, Steps 1 - 10.

Replace Front Lower Frame.

3.

Reassembly:

Reverse order of disassembly. Refer to TIS, 2004 model year Tacoma Repair Manual:
Body (Mechanical), Front Door, Steps 1 - 10.
