3. Connect the sliding yoke.
4. Install the column hole cover, tightening the four nuts to 4.9 Nm (43 inch lbs.).
5. Connect the right and left hand tie rod ends. 
6. Position the front wheels facing straight ahead.

NOTE: Do it with the front of the vehicle jacked up.

7. If the vehicle has an airbag, install the center spiral cable. 
8. Install the steering wheel at the straight-ahead position. 

a. Temporarily tighten the wheel set nut. 
b. Connect the connector.

9. Check the steering wheel center point.

10. If the vehicle has an airbag, tighten steering wheel set nut to 34 Nm (25 ft.lbs.).
11. If the vehicle has an airbag, install the steering wheel pad.
12. Check the front wheel alignment.

Inspection and Replacement
