c. Install the lower center pillar garnish.
d. Install the front seat outer belt floor anchor with the bolt.

Torque: 42 N.m (430 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf) 

e. Install the rear door scuff plate with the 3 screws.

Install the front door scuff plate with the 3 screws.

2. Access cab:

INSTALL FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT

a. Install the retractor of the front seat outer belt.

1. Install the retractor of the front seat outer belt with the 2 bolt.

Torque: 
Upper: 8.5 N.m (87 kgf.cm, 75 in.lbf) 
Lower: 42 N.m (430 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf)
