Remove boots, then mark relative position between torsion bar, anchor arm and torque arm, Fig. 11.
2.
Remove anchor arm adjusting bolt locknut.
3.
Measure, and record for assembly reference, protruding bolt end dimension ``A,'' Fig. 10.
4.
Remove anchor arm adjusting bolt nut, then the torsion bar and anchor arm. At rear end of torsion bar there are right and left indication
marks that are not to be interchanged.
5.
Apply a suitable molybdenum disulfide lithium base lubricant to torsion bar spline.
6.
Align matchmarks made during removal.
7.
Install and tighten adjusting nut to length noted during removal, dimension ``A,'' Fig. 10.
