Alternator  

Alternator with Vacuum Pump, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Detach wiring harness plug from alternator. Detach vacuum line (1) from vacuum pump.  

Detach oil feed (2) and return (3) lines from vacuum pump.

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove alternator fastening bolts (arrows), remove V-belt and remove alternator downwards.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Insert alternator and attach vacuum line with new gaskets. Install V-belt, tension and fasten alternator in retainer. Attach oil feed and return lines to vacuum pump. Connect wiring harness plug to alternator.
