Insufficient ground connection at throttle
body (ground connection point for ignition coil). |

Remedy:
Replace upper fastening screw of throttle body with a tin-coated
screw.
- remove upper part of intake manifold and rubber fitting
- replace upper fastening screw (1) with a tin-coated screw

Note: Do not install additional ground cable for ignition coil,
because this can cause a disturbance of the signal for
oxygen-sensor.
