Coolant Temperature Sensor, Remove and Install
 Remove
Open coolant drain bolt – collect escaping coolant.
Remove DIS ignition module – see operation "DIS Ignition
Module, Remove and Install".
For Z 20 LET engine: Remove air intake hose from intercooler and
charge air redirector pipe – see illustration "Air Duct (Z 20
LET)". Remove wiring harness plug bracket from coolant flange.

Detach wiring harness plug (1) from coolant temperature sensor.
Remove coolant temperature sensor from coolant flange.
Install
Install coolant temperature sensor in coolant flange –
tightening torque 10 Nm / 7 lbf. ft. Connect wiring harness plug to
coolant temperature sensor.

Install DIS ignition module – see operation "DIS Ignition
Module, Remove and Install".
For Z 20 LET engine: Attach air intake hose to intercooler and
charge air redirector pipe – see illustration "Air Duct (Z 20
LET)". Attach wiring harness plug bracket to coolant flange.
Close coolant drain bolt.
Charge cooling system – see operations "Cooling System,
Charge and Bleed" and "Cooling System, Check for Leaks".
