Glow Plugs, Remove and Install
 Remove

Remove cable connections (2) from 2nd and 3rd cylinder glow
plugs.
Remove contact rails (1) from glow plugs.
Remove glow plugs (arrows).

Install
Install glow plugs in cylinder head – tightening torque
– 20 Nm / 15 lbf. ft.
Attach contact rail to glow plugs – tightening torque
– 4 Nm / 3 lbf. ft.
Attach cable connection to glow plugs for 2nd and 3rd cylinders
– ensure correct cable connection – tightening torque 4
Nm / 3 lbf. ft.
