Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) from crankshaft pulse
pick-up.
Detach crankshaft pulse pick-up (2) from cylinder block base
plate.
 Clean
Clean sealing and contact surfaces of crankshaft pulse
pick-up.
Install
Attach crankshaft pulse pick-up to cylinder block base plate
with new seal ring – tightening torque 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.
Connect wiring harness plug to crankshaft pulse pick-up.
