Return Manifold, Remove and Install
 Remove

Remove lower engine compartment cover – see operation
"Lower Engine Compartment Cover, Remove and Install" in group
"A".
Detach front exhaust pipe from return manifold.
Remove engine cover, left and centre turbocharger heat
shield.
Remove reversing manifold (1) from turbocharger.

 Clean
Clean sealing surfaces.
Install
Attach return manifold to turbocharger – tightening torque
30 Nm / 22 lbf. ft.
Connect front exhaust pipe to return manifold with new gasket
and new fastening nuts – tightening torque 20 Nm / 15 lbf.

Install lower engine compartment cover – see operation
"Lower Engine Compartment Cover, Remove and Install" in group
"A".
Install centre and left turbocharger heat shields.
Install engine cover on cylinder head cover.
