Multi-plate Clutch Assembly C0 and C3, Remove and
Install (AF 13-II)
 Remove
Remove transmission – see operation "Transmission, Remove
and Install (AF 13-II/AF 17)".
Remove multi-plate clutch assembly C1- see operation
"Multi-plate Clutch Assembly C1, Remove and Install (AF
13-II)".

Remove thrust washer (1).
Remove drive shaft assembly C0 and C3 (2) upward (arrow) out of
transmission housing.
Install
Align lining plates of multi-plate clutch assembly C0 and
C3.
Insert multi-plate clutch assembly C0 and C3 into transmission
housing from above.
Install thrust washer.

Measure
|
Dimension "1" shall be 34 to 37 mm.
Install
Install multi-plate clutch assembly C1- see operation
"Multi-plate Clutch Assembly C1, Remove and Install (AF
13-II)".
Install transmission – see operation "Transmission, Remove
and Install (AF 13-II/AF 17)".
