Attach Bracket KM-910 (2) to transmission. Attach assembly to Bracket KM-113-2 (1) and lock vertically.

Remove rear housing cover - 10 fastening nuts (arrows). Carefully remove housing cover – if necessary use plastic hammer.

Remove output shaft assembly with thrust washer (4) from bearing journal.

Remove 5 cut seal rings (3) from bearing journal.

Remove drive shaft assembly C1 (5) upward (arrow) out of transmission housing.

Remove gaskets (1) (1 unit) and (2) (4 units).

  Clean

Clean all sealing surfaces.

  Install

Insert new gaskets (1) and (2).

Insert multi-plate clutch assembly C1 into transmission housing from above.

Insert 5 cut seal rings into bearing journal. Insert thrust bearing assembly with thrust washer.

Install rear housing cover with sealing compound to transmission housing – tightening torque 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft.

Remove bracket assembly from KM-113-2. Remove Bracket KM-910 from transmission.

Install transmission – see operation "Transmission, Remove and Install (AF-13 II/AF 17)".
