Replace border weatherstrip - L35 (without
adjustable rear seats)
 Remove
| 1. |
Detach moulded headlining
|
| 2. |
Detach front water drain hose actuation unit
|
|
|
| 3. |
Detach rear water drain hose actuation unit
|
|
|
| 4. |
Separate front wiring harness actuation unit
| • |
Disconnect 2x wiring harness plug
|
|
|
| 5. |
Release actuation unit
|
| 6. |
Remove actuation unit
Note: 2nd mechanic
required.

|
| 7. |
Detach rubber seal
| • |
Remove rubber seals from guide
|
|
Install
|
| 8. |
Install rubber seal (1)
Note: Place rubber seal
with cinematic sunroof in front area on markings (2)
| • |
Insert rubber seal into guide
Note: Cut off the
rubber at the lower area of the opening of the cinematic (3)
|
| • |
Cut off extra rubber seal and glue end to abutting seal (4)
(super glue)
|
|
|
| 9. |
Insert actuation unit
Note: 2nd mechanic
required.

| 10. |
Install actuation unit
|
| 11. |
Connect front wiring harness actuation unit
| • |
Connect 2x wiring harness plugs
|
|
| 12. |
Attach rear water drain hose actuation unit
|
| 13. |
Attach front water drain hose actuation unit
|
| 14. |
Install moulded headlining
|
