Replace folding roof control device - L67

  Remove

1.   Disconnect battery
Object Number: 10677546 Size: DEFAULT

2.   Remove luggage compartment mat
•   Remove luggage compartment mat (1)

3.   Detach lock striker panelling (1)
•   Unscrew 2 x bolt (arrows)

4.   Detach inner panelling of lower rear end panel (1)
•   Unclip 8x clip
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug (2)

5.   Detach tail light - right side
•   Unscrew 2x nut (1)
•   Remove 2x from guide
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug (2)
•   Remove tail light (3)

6.   Detach luggage compartment panelling, side (1) - right side
•   Detach 4x body-bound rivets (arrows)

7.   Remove control unit (1)
•   Unscrew 2x nut (arrows)
•   Release 2x wiring harness plugs (2) and disconnect

  Install

8.   Attach control unit
•   Connect and lock 2x wiring harness plug
•   Tighten 2x nuts
9.   Attach luggage compartment panelling, side - right side
•   Insert panelling
•   Install 4x body-bound rivets
10.   Attach tail light - right side
•   Connect wiring harness plug
•   Insert 2x into guide
•   Tighten 2x nuts
11.   Install inner panelling of lower rear end panel
•   Connect wiring harness plug
•   Clip in 8x clips
12.   Attach lock striker panelling
•   Tighten 2x bolts
13.   Install luggage compartment mat
•   Insert luggage compartment mat
14.   Connect battery
15.   Program volatile memories
Note:   When replacing the control unit, after installing the control unit, program with TECH 2.
