Loosen luggage compartment lid

Screw in 6x screws (1, 2)

Align attach luggage compartment lid
• |
One mechanic is located in the luggage compartment while the
second mechanic aligns the luggage compartment lid according to the
gaps l and lV.
|
• |
Tighten 6x bolts 25 Nm
Note: The bolts are to
be fitted by the mechanic in the luggage compartment.

• |
Check luggage compartment lid gap
Note: Open and close
luggage compartment lid. Repeat the operation if the gap does not
agree with that in the table.

The gaps ll and lll are to be aligned as described as follows
via the adjustment buffer in the luggage compartment
|
|

Align luggage compartment lid
• |
Unscrew or screw in adjustment buffer (2)
|
|
|
|
8. |
Check gap and repeat adjustment if needed
|
9. |
Adjust rear luggage compartment lid stop
• |
Adjust 2x buffers (1)

Lay foil between both stop rubbers and body. Close luggage
compartment lid.
The foil must be hard to remove from closed luggage
compartment.
Open luggage compartment and screw out stop rubbers 10 clicks.
Close luggage compartment.
