Replace rear door inner panelling - L35 / L48 / L69 > < Replace window channel seal inner (back door)

Replace front inner panelling - L48 / L35 / L70 / L69

  Remove

Object Number: 3446451 Size: DEFAULT

1.   Remove front door panel handle (3)
•   Prise off upwards with plastic wedge
2.   Detach external mirror inner panelling (1)
•   Unclip 3x clips
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug.
3.   Remove inside door panel actuator (2)
•   Price off with plastic wedge

4.   Detach front door inner panelling
•   Unscrew 7x bolt (arrows)
Note:   Use a plastic wedge to remove the inner panelling (1).

5.   Detach front door inner panelling
•   Unclip 5x clip
•   Disconnect wiring harness plug.
•   Unhook Bowden cable inside door actuator (arrows)
•   Remove inner panelling

  Install

6.   Insert front door inner panelling
•   Connect wiring harness plug
•   Attach Bowden cable, door actuation from inside
•   Clip in 5x clips
7.   Attach front door inner panelling
•   Tighten 7x bolts
8.   Attach outer mirror inner panelling
•   Connect wiring harness plug
•   Clip in 3x clips
9.   Attach inside door panel actuator
10.   Attach front door panel handle
