Replace rear quarter panel inner panelling -

Remove
1. |
Remove rear seat cushion
• |
Unlock at the loop (1) and hang off in rear area (arrow)
|
• |
Remove rear seat upwards
|
|
|
|
2. |
Remove rear seat backrest
• |
Unscrew 3x bolts at the front
|
• |
Fold down rear seat backrest
|
• |
Unscrew 3x bolts at the back
|
|
|
|

Remove rear seat backrest
• |
Remove rear seat backrest from side guide
Note: 2nd mechanic
required
|

|
|
4. |
Detach lower C-pillar panel
• |
Unclip 3x clips (arrows) and remove
|
|
|
|
5. |
Detach seat belt on lower C-pillar
|
6. |
Remove upper C-pillar panelling
• |
Unclip C-pillar panelling
|
• |
Remove C-pillar panelling
|
|
|
|
7. |
Detach inner panelling of lower rear end panel
|
8. |
Remove rear quarter panel inner panelling
• |
Disconnect wiring harness plug.
|
|
|
|
Install
9. |
Install rear quarter panel inner panelling
• |
Connect wiring harness plug
|
|
10. |
Install inner panelling for lower rear end panel
|
11. |
Install C-pillar panelling
• |
Clip in C-pillar panelling
|
|
12. |
attach seat belt on lower C-pillar
• |
Tighten bolt 35 Nm
Note: Use screw locking
compound
|
|
13. |
Attach lower C-pillar panel
|
14. |
Insert rear seat backrest
• |
Insert rear seat backrest into side guide
Note: 2nd mechanic
required
|
|
15. |
Install rear seat backrest
• |
Fold down rear seat backrest
|
• |
Tighten 3x front screws with belt buckle
Note: Use screw locking
compound
|
|
16. |
Install rear seat cushions
• |
Insert rear seat cushion and position
|
|
