Guide Sleeves for Head Restraint - Rear Seat,
Replace
 Remove
| 1. |
Remove rear seat head restraint
| • |
Press in retaining clamp
|

Remove head restraint upwards
|
|
|
|
|
| 2. |
Remove head restraint guide sleeve (1)
Note: Position I shows
the lug to the right of the head restraint guide sleeve which must
be pushed in for removal

Push guide sleeve (1) upwards with a suitable tool (e.g.
pointed pliers ) and compress both lugs (2) upwards with a
screwdriver at the same time

Pull guide sleeves upwards off rear seat backrest
|
|
|
Install
| 3. |
Push guide sleeve into rear seat backrest until it engages.
|
| 4. |
Install headrest
| • |
Engage head restraint (audible click)
|
|
