Replace sun protection for sunroof - L48

Remove

1.	Remove moulded headlining

2.	Open sun blind

Lock sun blind

•

Manually roll sun blind until the notch (1) is almost vertical to the sun blind

–	Place a bolt pin (2) approx. 1 mm thick on the left side in the notch in order to prevent the rolling open of the sun blind spring Note: The sun blind is blocked and cannot roll open

Detach clamping bow

•	Unscrew 4x bolt and remove clamping bow

Detach sun blind at the rails

•	Unscrew 2x bolt (1)

Remove sun blind

•	Unlock sun blind (90° rotate) and remove

Install

Insert sun blind

•	Insert sun blind into guide and lock into position Note: Ensure that the sun blind cover is correctly placed into the guide (1)

•	Insert sun blind in the guide rails until the stop (2)

Attach sun blind at the rails

•	Tighten 2x bolt 2.5 Nm

9.	Attach clamping bow

10.

Unlock sun blind

•

Remove pin

–	Tauten sun blind

11.	Close sun blind

12.	Install moulded headlining
