T001
|
Check: Refrigerant Circuit
|
Note:
Do not check the air conditioning system in immediate vicinity of walls (Distance approximately 2 m ), in order to guarantee a sufficient air circulation at the condenser.
- Connect service station to the air conditioning system
- Read high pressure gauge
- Select the following Functional System on the diagnostic tester:
ECC/SAC (Electronic Climate Control)
- Check the following data list parameters:
A/C Pressure
Note:
The datalist parameter shows the absolute pressure. The manometers of A/C-Service-Devices usually show relative pressure. That may cause a difference in the reading of approximately 100 kPa ( 1 bar ).
|
Does the corresponding data list parameter show the correct value?
|
|
T002
|
Check: Refrigerant Circuit
|
Perform the following test step:
- Check the following data list parameters:
A/C Pressure
After successful test/fault repair proceed to the next test step
|
Air conditioning system pressure is in the range from 320 kPa ( 3.2 bar ) and 2800 kPa ( 28 bar )

Check: Vehicle Configuration
|
Is the following information correct for the actual vehicle?
Air Conditioning Compressor without Clutch
