Replace rear axle
 Remove
| 2. |
Detach 2x handbrake cable brackets from rear axle
|
| 3. |
In vehicles with drum brakes: detach 2x brake lining bracket
from rear axle
|
| 4. |
Detach wheel bearing unit complete with drum brakes if
necessary from rear axle

Detach 8x wheel bearing unit nuts
|
| • |
Remove 2 x wheel bearing unit with drum brakes from rear
axle
Note: Do not lay
components on brake line when putting them down.

Install
| 5. |
Attach 2x wheel bearing unit, complete, to rear axle, with drum
brake if applicable
| • |
Tighten 8x new nut 50 Nm + 30° +
15°
|
|
| 6. |
For vehicles with drum brake: attach 2x brake line bracket to
rear axle 8 Nm
|
| 7. |
Attach 2x handbrake cable bracket to rear axle 8 Nm
|
|
