Replace brake disc of front wheel brake
Note: In general,
always replace both brake discs on one axle.
 Remove

Release brake hose from mounting on spring strut

Detach retaining plate (1) for brake hose
|

Draw brake hose out of mounting
|
|
| 3. |
Detach bolts (2) for brake carrier from steering knuckle
|
| 4. |
Remove brake calliper with brake carrier and suspend from
spring strut support pipe
|
| 5. |
Unscrew locking bolt (3)
|
|
|
Install
| 7. |
Clean mating surfaces between brake disc and wheel hub.
Note: Ensure that the
contact surfaces are plane and free from burrs.

| 8. |
Attach brake disc to front wheel hub with detent screw 7 Nm
|
| 9. |
Attach brake carrier to steering knuckle with brake calliper
and brake linings 100 Nm
Note: Clean thread and
insert bolts with locking compound
|
| 10. |
Attach brake hose to spring strut
| • |
Attach brake hose to mounting
|
|
| 11. |
Fit 2x front wheel 110 Nm
|
