Exhaust manifold with turbocharger, remove and
install (with automatic transmission)
 Remove

Disconnect battery

Detach ground connection from ground terminal
|

| 4. |
Remove air cleaner housing
|
| 5. |
Detach coolant compensation tank cover
|
| 6. |
Remove front panelling
|
| 7. |
Secure radiator at upper radiator brackets (1)

Insert 2x suitable tools
|
|
|
|
| 8. |
Raise vehicle by half its height
|
| 9. |
Detach the lower engine cover and right engine splash guard
|
| 10. |
Remove lower radiator bracket (1)
Note: Note: brackets
are not the same
|
|
|
Important: Take care not to
damage attaching parts
|

Pull cooling module forwards in direction of arrow
| • |
Secure with suitable tool (1)
|
|
| 12. |
Detach bracket for oil coolant lines (3) from engine damping
block (front)
|
|
|
| 13. |
Remove exhaust manifold with turbocharger 
|
Install
| 14. |
Install exhaust manifold with turbocharger
|
| 15. |
Attach bracket for oil coolant lines to engine damping block
(front)
|
| 16. |
Install lower radiator bracket
Note: Note: brackets
are not the same
| • |
Screw in 4x bolts 15 Nm
|
|
| 17. |
Attach the lower engine cover and right engine splash guard
|
| 18. |
Lower vehicle by half its height
|
| 19. |
Remove 2x retainers from upper radiator bracket
|
| 21. |
Install air cleaner housing
|
| 23. |
Fill with coolant and bleed
|
| 24. |
Connect battery
| • |
Attach ground connection to ground terminal
|
|
| 25. |
Program volatile memories
|
|
