Replace exhaust gas recirculation valve
 Remove
| 2. |
Disconnect battery
| • |
Detach ground connection from ground terminal
|
|
| 3. |
Disconnect 2x wiring harness plugs
| • |
From exhaust gas recirculation (1)
|
| • |
From boost pressure sensor (2)
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
Detach EGR valve
| • |
Unscrew 3x bolts exhaust gas recirculation valve (3)
|
| • |
Unscrew 2x stud bolts exhaust gas recirculation (1) on throttle
valve module
|
| • |
Unscrew 2x bolts cooler exhaust gas recirculation (4)
|
| • |
Remove 2x gasket and engine transport shackle (2)
|
|
|
|
Install
| 5. |
Install EGR valve
| • |
Fit engine transport shackle
|
| • |
Tighten 3x bolt exhaust gas recirculation valve 25 Nm
|
| • |
Tighten 2x stud bolts metal pipe exhaust gas recirculation on
throttle valve module 25 Nm
|
| • |
Tighten 2x bolts cooler exhaust gas recirculation 25 Nm
|
|
| 6. |
Connect 2x wiring harness plugs
| • |
To exhaust gas recirculation
|
| • |
To boost pressure sensor
|
|
| 7. |
Connect battery
| • |
Attach ground connection to ground terminal
|
|
| 9. |
Program volatile memories
|
