Replace engine oil level sensor > < Replace oil separator

Oil Pressure Sensor, Replace

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Disconnect battery
•   Detach ground connection from ground terminal
– Slacken nut
3.   Remove engine cover (1)
•   Pull off engine cover
Note:   Rubber retainers (2) must remain on engine cover

4.   Place collecting basin underneath.
5.   Remove oil pressure sensor (1)
•   Disconnect wiring harness connector.
•   Remove oil pressure sensor
Object Number: 2413886 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

6.   Install oil pressure sensor
•   Tighten oil pressure sensor 32 Nm
•   Connect wiring harness plug
7.   Install engine cover
•   Clip in 4x
8.   Connect battery
•   Attach ground connection to ground terminal
– Tighten nut
9.   Program volatile memories
10.   Close bonnet

Replace engine oil level sensor > < Replace oil separator
