Vacuum Pump, Replace > < Vacuum Pump, Remove and Install

Vacuum Reservoir, Replace

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Disconnect battery
•   Detach ground connection from ground terminal
– Slacken nut
3.   Raise vehicle by its full height
4.   Remove vacuum reservoir (1)
•   Detach 2x vacuum line
•   Unscrew 2x bolts

  Install

5.   Install vacuum reservoir
•   Attach 2x vacuum line
•   Tighten 2x bolts
6.   Lower vehicle by its full height
7.   Connect battery
•   Attach ground connection to ground terminal
– Tighten nut
8.   Program volatile memories
9.   Close bonnet
