Replace engine venting pipe

Remove

1.	Open bonnet

Remove air cleaner housing (4) with air intake pipe (2)

•	Disconnect intake air temperature wiring harness plug (3)

•	Unscrew bolt (1)

•	Release clamp

•	Detach air intake pipe

3.	Unclip wiring trough from cylinder head cover

Detach engine vent pipe (1) from cylinder head cover (3)

•	Unlatch fuse clamp (2)

Detach wiring harness bracket (2) from intake manifold

•	Unscrew 3 bolts

Detach engine vent pipe (1) from intake manifold

•	Unscrew 2x bolts (3)

•	Remove seal ring

Install

Attach engine vent pipe to intake manifold

•	Insert new seal ring

•	Tighten 2x bolts

Attach wiring harness bracket to intake manifold

•	Tighten 3x bolts

9.	Clip wiring harness to cylinder head cover

Attach engine vent pipe to cylinder head cover

•	Ensure correct fitting

11.

Install air cleaner housing with air intake hose

•	Disconnect intake air temperature sensor wiring harness plug

•	Clip in tank vent hose

•	Tighten fastening bolt

•	Fasten clamp 3.5 Nm

12.	Close bonnet
