Replace accelerator pedal module

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Disconnect battery
•   Detach earth connection from earth terminal
3.   Open driver's door
4.   Remove lower instrument panel upholstery inner panelling
•   Unclip 2x clips (arrows)
•   Pull out inner panelling toward front

5.   Disconnect wiring harness plug (2)
•   Detach wiring harness plug in direction of arrow
6.   Remove accelerator pedal module from bulkhead
•   Unscrew 3x nuts (1)
Object Number: 2416076 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

7.   Attach accelerator pedal module to bulkhead
•   Tighten 3x new nut 12 Nm
8.   Attach wiring harness plug
•   Lock wiring harness plug
9.   Install lower instrument panel upholstery inner panelling
•   Clip in 2x clips
10.   Close driver's door
11.   Connect battery
•   Attach earth connection to earth terminal
12.   Program volatile memories
13.   Close bonnet
