Replace oxygen sensor
 Remove

Disconnect battery

Detach earth connection from earth terminal

Raise vehicle by its full height
|
| 4. |
Detach the lower engine cover and right engine splash guard
|
| 5. |
Detach oxygen sensor wiring harness plug (1)
|
| 6. |
Remove oxygen sensor (2)
|
|
|
Install
| 7. |
Install oxygen sensor
| • |
Coat thread of oxygen sensor with assembly paste (white)
Note: New oxygen
sensors are already pre-treated
|
| • |
Tighten oxygen sensor 40 Nm
|
|
| 8. |
Connect oxygen sensor wiring harness plug
|
| 9. |
Install lower engine cover and right engine splash guard
|
| 10. |
Lower vehicle by its full height
|
| 11. |
Connect battery
| • |
Attach ground connection to ground terminal
|
|

Program volatile memories
|
| 13. |
