Replace hot film mass air flow meter > < Replace turbocharger solenoid valve

Replace differential pressure sensor

Note:   Before replacing the differential pressure sensor check the hoses for leaks or blockages

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Remove differential pressure sensor (2)
•   Disconnect wiring harness connector (3)
•   Unscrew nut (1)
•   Detach 2x vacuum line (4)
Note:   Mark vacuum lines
– Undo 2 clamps

  Install

3.   Install differential pressure sensor
•   Attach 2x vacuum line
Note:   Note marking
– Fasten 2x new clamps
•   Tighten nut 4 Nm
•   Fix wiring harness plug
4.   Programming the differential pressure sensor with Tech 2 LUREF_1.gif
5.   Close bonnet
