Vacuum Actuator - Swirl Level Control Valve
- Connect vacuum pump MKM-667 (component side) to:
Vacuum Actuator - Swirl Level Control Valve
- Use vacuum pump MKM-667 to create a vacuum in the range between -70 kPa ( -0.7 bar ) and -100 kPa ( -1 bar ).

Is no pressure decrease detectable?

|
- Disconnect vacuum hose from following component:
Vacuum Actuator - Boost Pressure Control Valve
- Connect vacuum pump MKM-667 (component side) to:
Vacuum Actuator - Boost Pressure Control Valve
- Use vacuum pump MKM-667 to create a vacuum in the range between -70 kPa ( -0.7 bar ) and -100 kPa ( -1 bar ).

Is no pressure decrease detectable?

|
- Close the following vacuum connection tightly (hose side)
Vacuum Actuator - Swirl Level Control Valve
- Connect vacuum pump MKM-667 (hose side) to:
Vacuum Actuator - Boost Pressure Control Valve
- Start engine
- Increase engine speed to 3500 rpm
|
Indicates the vacuum pump a value between -50 kPa ( -0.5 bar ) and -100 kPa ( -1 bar )?

- Ignition OFF
- Close the following vacuum connection tightly (hose side)
Vacuum Actuator - Boost Pressure Control Valve
- Connect vacuum pump MKM-667 (hose side) to:

- Engine idling
