Astra H J Engine Pressure Chamber Sensor Replacement

Pressure Chamber Pressure Sensor, Replace

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Place collecting basin underneath.
3.   Unscrew rail pressure sensor (1) from pressure chamber
•   Disconnect wiring harness connector.
Object Number: 2412683 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

4.   Tighten rail pressure sensor
•   Fix wiring harness plug
Important:   Wear protective goggles
5.   Carry out leak test on high pressure system
Note:   Engine must be at operating temperature
•   Carry out actuator test (fuel leak)
•   Visual inspection of high pressure system for fuel leak
6.   Close bonnet
